I’ve been recently reading certain articles about acne, in particular for the cystic kind, and it’s come up in some that Zinc and Vitamin A can help really well. Is this true? And if so, how are you supposed to take the “doses” or whatever the intake is… I really don’t know and so I appreciate the answers, thanks a lot!

I got rid of most of my acne using St.Ive’s apricot scrub thingy. Now I’m using it for my pimples, and it’s working, but much slower than the acne. What is the difference between pimples and acne, and is there a way to get rid of pimples faster?

They are not a pretty site when I don’t have make up covering them up.I am wondering if a sunburn and peeling would help improve them to lighten up along with special creams to lighten them up to clearing them up completely.These are only surface scars that are discolorations to the skin. If I get ance anywhere else, it heals pretty fast and does not leave a scar usually. But I have a lot of acne on my back, which I have been struggling with since puberty (I’m 23 now)! But why is my back more prone to acne??? I just don’t get it. The only thing that I have heard is that your back does not get exposed to as much air, the pores get clogged more. The scars are really bad. I have used Neutrogena Body Wash, which helps with the acne. I also use Cocoa butter for the scars and ever another cream made especially for ance scars. It helps, but not much. I know I need something much more heavy duty. Is there anything that my doctor or a dermatologist can prescribe me with to help the scars on my back??? Please give me your advice and wisdom. If there was anything I could change about myself, it would definently be my acne scras on my back…PLEASE HELP!!!
