This is not really an acne remedy question; my acne is clearing up. I have a few acne scabs that are really really slow about going away, and they are so hard to cover with makeup. I just want to get rid of them so I can finally have my clear face that I’ve fought so hard to get. I’m using an ice bag on them right now to reduce the redness. Any suggestions? Please don’t say toothpaste.

I have dark scars/spots from previous acne. I am tired of having to wear so much make-up to cover it up! I dont get acne that often anymore, but I do have oily skin. I’ve tried pro-active and other on the spot acne treatments but they don’t fade my scars at all.

I think I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide; I developed a mild irritation. Right now I am using a great product for my face. But what I am looking for now is a VERY good soap that clears up acne on the body. I do not have a sevre case of acne just light – moderate. I have acne on my chest, a little on my arms and back.

I don’t get a ton of breakouts, but I have keratosis pilaris so my skin has a hard time getting rid of the dead skin so it clogs my pores and I sometimes get a couple to a few cystic pimples on my face. I know that water alone isn’t going to get rid of my keratosis pilaris, but do you think it would be at all helpful with my breakouts? Only serious responses because this is something I find to be embarrassing enough as it is and I would just like to hear helpful information at this point. Thanks.
